Terms & Conditions

1. Your Ticket

Each ticket admits one guest. Your order confirmation is your ticket. Price includes food, listed beverages, tax, and gratuity. Anything ordered separately from the bar is charged separately.

 

2. 21+ Event — ID Required

All guests must be 21 or older.

 

3. The Primary Guest Must Attend

The name on the order must be present at check-in, and their ID must match. If they can't attend, transfer the ticket (see below).

 

4. Refunds and Transfers

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Tickets are transferable at no charge. To transfer, email info@theitaliano.com at least 4 hours before the event with your name, order number, and the new guest's full name. We'll confirm by email. Requests inside 4 hours may not be accommodated.

 

5. If We Cancel

If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you can transfer to the new date or take a full refund. We'll contact you using the details on your order, so please make sure they're correct.

6. Arrival

Doors open at 6:00pm. Dinner begins at 7:00pm. This is a coursed dinner — we'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but guests arriving after service begins may miss earlier courses. No refund or credit for missed portions.

 

7. Photography and Video

This event will be photographed and filmed, and the footage published publicly by The Italiano, Chef Joey, and Mr. AZ Sports. By attending, you consent to appearing in these photos and videos and to their public use, without compensation.

 

8. Liability

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of The Italiano Shea, LLC arising from your ticket purchase or attendance is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. This limits, but does not eliminate, our liability, and does not relieve us of our duty to exercise reasonable care.

 

9. Beyond Our Control

If the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — severe weather, fire, power failure, public health orders — we will refund your ticket or offer a transfer to a rescheduled date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
